Your guests will record the big day on their phones—then we’ll handle the editing.

• The day after the celebration: they’ll receive a secure upload link to send us all their footage. Every clip comes straight to our editors, ready to be transformed into your finished film.

We recommend covering a bit of everything—morning preparations, the ceremony, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, and the party. We’ll provide your guests with guidance on these key moments, but ultimately, it’s completely up to you. Want something specific? Just let them know!

For instagram trendy reels we recommend filming in portrait so we recommend your guests film in portrait too. That said, landscape videos can be used too. It all depends on how you want to view the footage after the wedding.

We currently have 7 roles available: Getting Ready, Ceremony, Confetti, Speeches, Cake Cutting, First Dance, and Party.

You can assign any guest to one or more filming roles, and we’ll take care of the rest. Each person will receive a short guide with everything they need to know—what to film, how to get great shots, and a few helpful tips to keep in mind.

The day after your wedding, we’ll send an upload link to all your assigned Filmers so they can easily share their phone videos. We’ll also send the link to you, in case you’d like to pass it along to anyone else who captured footage.

You can gather as many videos as you like from as many guests as you want—there’s no limit. The length of your final highlights film will depend on the package you select when booking.

For example, if you assign roles to 3 Filmers, you can expect around 100 to 200 video clips to be uploaded.

Absolutely! After you place your order, we’ll generate a QR code that links directly to the upload page—perfect for including on your wedding stationery.

That said, it’s still important to assign specific filming roles. This helps ensure your guests capture the moments that matter most to you.

Once your guests upload their videos, they’re sent straight to us for editing into your DIY wedding film.

You’ll have the option to view and download the raw clips from your account—but we recommend holding off until your highlights video is ready. That way, your first viewing will feel even more special.

1 hour of additional editing is included for free as part of the package. After this an hourly fee is applicable.

Yes absolutely! If you would prefer the music is picked by us we have a large library of amazing songs to choose from.

If you decide to cancel before the wedding you will receive a 50% refund. All sales are final after the wedding.
